In this junior technician role, you will assist with the installation and programming of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and related low‑voltage devices. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices in device setup, cabling, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and configuring CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm devices
• Support programming, testing, and system commissioning
• Perform low‑voltage cable pulling, wiring, and termination
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work with the team to troubleshoot system issues
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
  • CCTV installation
  • Access control systems
  • Alarm systems
  • Low‑voltage wiring
  • General installation work
• Any prior experience using hand tools, working in technical or mechanical environments, or providing customer service is a major plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
