‍⚕️ Position Overview

As an Evening Shift LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while supporting the team and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care.

What You’ll Do

1. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
2. Monitor and report changes in resident condition
3. Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care
4. Perform basic nursing procedures and assessments
5. Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
6. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2. Strong clinical and communication skills
3. Compassionate, resident-centered approach
4. Long-term care experience preferred
