Our state-of-the-art 600-bed Level II Trauma Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is expanding, and we're hiring Registered Nurses to join our dynamic inpatient and outpatient care teams. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, PCAs, Unit Secretaries, Ortho Techs, and other non-licensed staff.

• Conduct thorough and ongoing patient assessments (physical, psychological, social, spiritual).

• Document care plans, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR.

• Participate in daily handoff reports, unit huddles, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Apply patient safety principles and infection control practices consistently.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start (multi-state license accepted).

• New graduates encouraged to apply!

• For experienced RNs: Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience preferred.

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred .

• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
