The Operating Partner will lead restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on personal service and employee satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role requires 3-5 years of upscale dining management experience and full profit and loss accountability for restaurants with sales over $5 million. The position involves working closely with staff and guests to improve operational efficiency and overall workplace environment.
We are looking for an Operating Partner to join our team of restaurant professionals. We are a well establish restaurant company, who is seeking to pivot, and increase our focus on two distinct areas. Genuine, PERSONAL service, and a distinct focus on establishing and improving our employee's satisfaction. Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of upscale dining general management experience
- $5M+ in restaurant sales volume experience
- Solid tenures, no job hoppers
- Full P&L accountability
- Get dirty and improve the lives of everyone in the building
