Upshur Bren Psychology Group is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team in a supervisory clinical role supporting the development of early-career therapists and trainees.
This position is designed for a clinician who is interested in stepping into a supervisory and teaching role, and in deepening their impact through mentorship and thoughtful clinical collaboration within a team-based practice. The role combines a meaningful outpatient caseload with the opportunity to supervise and support developing clinicians across multiple training levels, including postdoctoral fellows, provisionally licensed therapists, and graduate trainees.
Our practice specializes in therapy with children, adolescents, parents, and families, with a clinical orientation that integrates evidence-based treatment with relational, psychodynamic, attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and systems-based approaches, alongside CBT and other third-wave behavioral therapies.
