**Job Description** As a Structures Technician, you will perform heavy structural maintenance and modifications on Boeing B717 aircraft. This role involves repairing and modifying aircraft fuel tanks, spars, aircraft skin, tail sections, fuselages, and more. + **Per diem** available to those who qualify! **Requirements** + 3+ years of experience in aircraft structures. + Proficiency in aircraft modification and repair. + Experience with sheet metal repair and fabrication. + Capability in fuel tank repair and spar replacement. + Skills in riveting, sealing, and countersinking. + Commercial aircraft experience preferred, but any platform experience considered. + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly AOG scenarios. + Own tools required (tools should be boxed but do not need to be shadowed or etched). **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity with competitive pay. Flexibility is preferred as additional shifts may be added, but candidates with specific shift preferences will still be considered. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
