Be the first face homeowners trust. As a Mission Specialist at Aerial AI Solutions, you’ll meet with homeowners whose properties have already been flagged for damage by our AI-powered drone platform. Your job? Keep it simple: build rapport and schedule a time for one of our advisors to provide the full consultation.

About the Role:

As a Mission Specialist, you’ll visit homes that have already been scanned and verified for storm-related damage. Your mission is to help homeowners understand what we found and book a meeting with a Red Baron Intel Advisor.

This is a customer-facing role with no selling, and no ladders. It’s about delivering clarity, professionalism, and peace of mind at the front end of our process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting ~40 pre-qualified homes per day, five days a week.

• Introducing homeowners to Aerial AI Solutions and our free service

• Answering basic questions and setting clear next steps

• Scheduling appointments with Red Baron Field Consultants

• Documenting outcomes and updates in our mobile CRM

• Supporting insurance follow-up and info gathering (with training)
