At our specialty care facility, you won’t be stuck behind a desk cold-calling all day — you’ll be out in the community, connecting with hospital case managers, physicians, and local organizations, building your referral network, and creating a steady pipeline of residents. You’ll also get to walk families through one of the most important decisions they’ll make, guiding them with care and professionalism from first contact through move-in.

What You’ll Do:

1. Drive admissions growth by managing our census to meet facility goals
2. Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that keep our brand front and center
3. Act as our brand ambassador — attend community events, networking functions, and build referral partnerships
4. Conduct facility tours that wow families and decision-makers
5. Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, from verifying insurance to final paperwork
6. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the right fit for residents and our care goals
7. Track and report market trends to stay ahead of the competition

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions
