As the welcoming face of our law firm, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions. While managing phone calls is a key part of your duties, your role will quickly expand to encompass a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for a friendly and cooperative individual who excels in customer service, enjoys assisting others, and has outstanding listening skills. $15 - $18 hourly

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a sincere smile and enthusiasm.
