Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description: Quality Assurance Specialist at Hoar Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance checks on construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify and address any issues or defects in construction processes.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely.
- Document all quality assurance activities and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Coordinate with external quality inspectors and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the construction sector.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
