Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic treating a high volume of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-productivity environment while delivering quality patient care.
Job Details:- Schedule: 5 Days/Week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Patient Volume: 12–14 patients/day
- Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
- Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Floating: Not required
- Travel Team Option: Available (clinic or neighboring clinic)
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-traumatic (MVA-related) injuries
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality care standards
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Experience with MVA/trauma cases strongly preferred
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-productivity setting
