We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager - Part Time/Temporary to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all Leasing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all rental transactions
- Market for new residents
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints
- Show apartments and lease according to targeted leasing goals provided
- Enter work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Perform Internet Lead Follow ups and phone call follow ups daily
- Build relationships with local businesses for marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
