Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or Surgical Technologist
- Non-certified and certified Surgical Technologists will be considered
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up operating rooms and preparing surgical instruments
- Support the surgical team throughout procedures by managing instruments and supplies
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile field and infection control protocols
- Safely handle specimens and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to patient safety and positive outcomes by anticipating surgical needs
- Maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after surgeries
