Hospital Employed Neurosurgery physician - Dothan, AL

Overview

Setting: Hospital-employed position within a multi-specialty group at a Level III Trauma Center. The practice offers comprehensive neurosurgical services, including spine and cranial procedures, with access to a full-service hospital and on-campus clinic.

Schedule / Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Shared call coverage approximately 4 times per month.

Patient Volume: Serves a large regional population with a high demand for neurosurgical services. Supported by a multi-specialty group and state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of Neurosurgery residency

• Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery

• Eligible for Alabama medical license

• Experience with spine and cranial procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives
