As a member of our resort, the primary role as a Loss Prevention Officer is to protect and safeguard all hotel guests and associates, their belongings and all hotel assets. Responds rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner. Completes all paperwork with regards to guest or associate injuries. Conducts tours of the property throughout shifts and performs first aid when needed. Must be able to become CPR certified. Assists with any Engineering or maintenance related call.
