**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing conflict resolution skills as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities.
+ Assist visitors and staff with inquiries or directions in a professional manner while maintaining a strong Allied Universal presence.
+ Document and communicate security-related incidents and/or irregularities according to site protocols.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
