We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

🩺 Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA , you play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and daily support to our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
2. Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or health status to nursing staff
3. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
5. Document care provided and observations according to facility policies
6. Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
7. Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

🏥 Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred, but not required
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality resident care
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules
7. Current CPR certification preferred
