This is a highly physical, fast-paced role . You won’t be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be out in the field, moving furniture, and using professional-grade equipment to transform our customers' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Active Labor: Productively and safely move furniture to prepare rooms for deep cleaning.

• Precision Cleaning: Assist the Crew Chief in cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, and grout.

• Detailing: Apply protectors, deodorizers, and color seals; perform final touches like raking carpet and wiping baseboards to ensure a perfect finish.

• Equipment & Vehicle Management: Set up the van at job sites, maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, and ensure the vehicle is cleaned and re-stocked at the end of every shift.

• Client Interaction: Inform customers about retail maintenance products and provide a professional, friendly experience.

• Safety First: Adhere to all company safety protocols, including proper vehicle backing procedures and chemical handling.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To maintain our gold standard of service, all candidates must meet the following:

• Valid Driver’s License: You must have a clean driving record and a valid license.

• Drug Test & Background Check: You must be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.

• Physical Strength: This is strenuous work . You must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently and spend the day standing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
