Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and mail channels.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and more.
- Aid customers in benefit placement, tracking, and resolution of any issues or complaints.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database as required.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and reinforce positive relationships after service interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
- You should have 1-2 years of proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism is required.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer support software and systems is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail are necessary for this role.
