Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and mail channels.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and more.
  • Aid customers in benefit placement, tracking, and resolution of any issues or complaints.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database as required.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and reinforce positive relationships after service interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • You should have 1-2 years of proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism is required.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer support software and systems is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail are necessary for this role.
