What You’ll Do:
Connect with clients who have already requested insurance information — no cold calling.
Identify their needs and recommend life, health, or retirement coverage.
Conduct phone or video appointments and guide clients through applications.
Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure policy placement.
What You Need:
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
Professional, reliable, and coachable.
Internet access, reliable computer and a suitable remote workspace.
Ability to obtain a state life & health insurance license (we provide support for licensing).
Compensation:
1099 commission-only with uncapped earning potential, plus opportunities for performance based bonuses.
