Your day to day as a Branch Operations Manager

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations including inside sales and ensuring excellence in all areas. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing a team, fostering collaboration, and facilitating problem-solving strategies to optimize efficiency. You will monitor inventory levels, oversee shipping and distribution processes, and ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to. Sales is a large part of the job as engaging with customers will be paramount, as you'll seek to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

You will also analyze performance metrics, implement improvements, and drive our commitment to integrity and customer-centricity.
