Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components for HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Proven experience as a sheet metal installer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
