Account Supervisor

**Overview** We are seeking an **Account Supervisor** to oversee cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. **Pay: $22/hr** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM ABM 2025 Employee Benefits (Frontline) ( **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. + Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the Client's cleanliness and safety standards. + Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. + Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies. + Train staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. + Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies in a timely manner. + Maintain compliance with OSHA, health, and safety guidelines. + Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. + Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. + Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. **Work Environment:** + Requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. + Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and warehouse conditions.
