Part-Time Kickboxing & Fitness Instructor — FGHTR Fitness

Location: Birmingham, AL (inside World Class TKD)

Schedule: Part-time | ~5 classes per week

Pay: $20–$50 per class (based on experience, knowledge & instructional ability)

We're looking for an instructor who **brings the energy** — someone who can light up a room, motivate a beginner and a seasoned athlete in the same class, and make people fall in love with the FGHT.

What You'll Do

- Lead fun, high-energy kickboxing and fitness classes that combine cardio kickboxing, resistance bands, and bodyweight training

- Create a welcoming, empowering environment where "every fitness level belongs"

- Coach and motivate participants through live class tracking using the Impact Wrap system

- Keep the vibe turned up — music, energy, and encouragement are your tools

- Build community and keep members coming back for more

What We're Looking For

- Experience in group fitness instruction, kickboxing, martial arts, or personal training

- A natural ability to coach, motivate, and connect with people

- High energy, strong communication, and a genuine love for fitness

- Reliability and professionalism — our members count on you

- Current fitness or group ex certification is a plus, but not required if your experience speaks for itself
