Dental Assistant / Front Desk | Full Time
Luma Dentistry in Sylacauga is looking for a dependable, adaptable team member with both front desk and dental assisting experience to support our growing practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a patient-focused environment, and wants long-term growth within a respected dental group.
About the Role
This position will split time between assisting and front desk depending on the office’s needs:
- On busy clinical days, you will assist our second doctor chairside
- On slower days, you will support the front desk with patient check-in/out, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Around mid-May, this role is expected to transition into a full-time assisting position when our current assistant moves to part-time
We are also looking for someone who is willing to travel to nearby Luma Dentistry locations as needed until May.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental front desk and assisting experience
- Strong patient communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt between clinical and administrative duties
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to travel to other offices until May
Schedule
Full-Time | Tuesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends, no evenings.
