* BC Otolaryngologist needed for a solo, hospital-employed practice with a strong referral base
* Serve a growing community of 70,000+ with broad diagnostic, surgical, and emergency services
* Light call: ~10 days/month with only one weekend required
* Top-tier compensation: MGMA median or better with strong quarterly bonus potential
* J-1 visa support, 5 CME days/$5K allowance, full benefits, retirement & marketing support
* This is a rare opportunity for an experienced ENT seeking autonomy, income upside, and long-term practice growth in a supportive hospital setting
