Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative a typical day might include the following:
- Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
- Engaging in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders & quotes RMAs pricing negotiation contract negotiation and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
- Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
- Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
- Using judgment skills prior experience and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
- Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
This job might be for you if you:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Have an associate degree or related business experience.
- Have strong computer skills.
- Can travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
- Can learn concepts and technical details of products.
- Have strong writing proofreading documentation and communication skills.
- Can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Can work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Have experience with ERP or CRM tools.
- Have experience in a technical sales environment.

Pay Range Data
We anticipate filling this position as a Customer Service Representative I at $26.75 $32.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job responsibility and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience training knowledge and skills.
