What You'll Be Doing

As a Grill & Buffet Production Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of items for the grill and buffet stations.
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Assisting with the setup, restocking, and breakdown of buffet stations.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
• Keeping a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of cooking experience in a similar role.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for food preparation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A team-player attitude and excellent communication skills.
