What It Takes to Win in This Role

Visual Brand Stewardship

• Own and advance OneAscent's visual identity across all entities by maintaining brand standards and developing templates.
• Ensure designed materials reflect values-aligned positioning with cohesive, professional aesthetics.

Creative Asset Production

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets for marketing, sales, and advisor support including social graphics, email visuals, event materials, and presentations.
• Deliver work on time and on brand.

Visual Storytelling

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex financial and values-aligned concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Continuously improve design quality by staying current on tools, trends, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field. 3-5 years of professional design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services or B2B design experience.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Web design experience (Figma, WordPress).
• Understanding of marketing and brand strategy.
