Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 academic year, serving PreK-12 students across two school sites in Brundidge, Alabama. This contract position runs from August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with weekends and holidays off, offering a stable, predictable schedule within a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring to students with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Alabama required.
• Open to Candidates who are Certified Fellows (CF) or certified as SLPAs.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
