At Comprehensive Therapy and Rehab (CTR), we are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care. We are looking for a Patient Service Specialist to join our team and help ensure smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experiences from check-in through check-out.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Answer phones and schedule appointments electronically.

• Verify patient information and maintain accurate medical records.

• Assist therapists and clinical staff with day-to-day operations.

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing, and filing.

• Clean and prepare equipment as needed.

• Mentor and train other Patient Service Specialists.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in a medical front office or similar setting.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and preferably medical software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and current CPR certification.
