tool and die REPAIR man on 1st shift ($32 - $35) and a TL on 2nd shift (can top out at $40) 1st shift: 5 am - 1 pm 2nd shift TL: 1 pm - 9 pm small team, 7 total - making repairs to the dies NOT manufacturing them types of dies: progressive, transfer, and hand transfer dies metal stamping company welding is need - mig, tig, and stik must be able to weld and grind tool parts questions to ask: "what do you use to locate the material as it is progressing through the die?" "how do you know the nitro is bad?"
