Automotive Technician / Quick Lane Tech – Full-Time – Alabaster, AL
Looking to grow your income and your skills in a busy, well-equipped shop? Long-Lewis of Alabaster is hiring full-time Automotive Technicians for our Quick Lane Service Center. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we offer flat-rate pay, unlimited flag hours, and the team support you need to succeed.
???? What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance and light repairs: oil changes, brakes, alignments, inspections
Diagnose issues and recommend solutions
Work on a variety of makes/models (diesel experience a plus)
Ensure every job is done safely and professionally

Flat-rate pay with unlimited earning potential – Top techs earn $60K–$100K+
