  • Full time, $16 - $18/hour, depending on experience
  • Tuesday - Friday 8am until 5pm and every other Saturday 11am until 7pm (with Monday off when working Saturday)

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Chief Information Officer on projects directly related to the operation of the dealership
  • Schedule appointments with guests, vendors, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for Advertising and Marketing strategies
  • Prepare requested reports
  • Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Respond to incoming calls while following established guidelines regarding telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills via the phone and in person to help manage incoming calls and visitors
  • Maintain neat and clean front desk area and showroom
  • Keep refreshments stocked
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting team members as necessary
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 1 year of experience Administrative Assistant or similar clerical role
  • Marketing and events planning preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey messages to team members clearly and quickly
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
  • Efficiency using Microsoft Suite Programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
