Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee

Compensation: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses (Uncapped Earnings)
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee . This role is designed for candidates looking to develop foundational skills in sales, leadership, and business operations.
As a Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the core aspects of our sales process and gradually take on increased responsibility in face to face direct sales, team development, training, and leadership.
This position offers a clear, performance-based path into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute face-to-face sales and customer acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Support team leaders with day-to-day operations and performance tracking
Training & Development
This position includes a structured training program covering:
- Sales techniques and customer communication
- Leadership and team development
- Performance tracking and goal setting
- Business operations and management fundamentals
Training is hands-on and performance-driven, with ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow into management
