Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite with a lively K-5th grade population near Madison, AL. In this role, you'll collaborate with school staff and families to help students communicate and thrive. As part of this dynamic school environment, you'll manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, providing evaluation, intervention, and support for a wide spectrum of speech and language needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and comfort integrating technology as needed
- Capability to supervise/mentor Clinical Fellows (CFY) is a plus, but not required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-5th grade students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite to support student growth
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic support
- Maintain clear, timely documentation aligned with school policies
- Participate fully in IEP meetings and team consultations
- Adapt strategies to fit the unique needs of each student on your caseload
