The Defense Paralegal will provide administrative and organizational support to Defense Litigation Attorneys. Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational needs of the attorneys they are supporting. Schedule meetings, hearings, and client events. Process reimbursements, invoices, and time entry for attorneys. Maintain files, databases, and tracking systems. Prepare presentations, reports, and client correspondence.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Degree preferred! Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with defense (billable hours) preferred.
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. Criminal/Drug screen.
