Job Title : Technical Program manager

Location : Remote

Retail eCommerce TPM

6-months, may extend

100% remote, must be in bay area

Retail client (think Levi's, Banana Republic, etc. and no I cannot tell you)

Please see below for details:

1. 7+ yrs of program management experience required.

2. 5+ yrs of experience in eCommerce projects required. Examples include projects like launching a new website or app, revamping the look and feel of an existing site, improving search or recommendations, adding payment options like Klarna or After pay, launching a new marketplace, etc.

3. Experience with RETAIL eCommerce concepts and metrics is required (e.g. traffic, conversion rate, Average Order Value, net demand, returns, shopping cart abandonment rate, Customer Lifetime Value, NPS, etc.)

4. Excellent communication skills are required.

5. Retail experience is required.

6. Budget management experience is required.

7. Open to remote candidates.

• The candidate will likely manage multiple projects simultaneously (small/medium size).
• This candidate will replace our PM that will hit the 2-year tenure soon, so we want to get ahead of it and onboard someone now and allow both to have a good transition.

• Please provide several times in Arizona time, that I can do a real quick (10-15 mins) MS Teams video meeting; and I do mean SEVERAL TIMES, not one or two = many. I need to do this, for this client, prior to submitting any candidates.
• Also, please send two "report to" manager references (with full name, phone and professional emails). Please include what project, and what they did together/reporting structure.
• We will not do these, unless asked. But we need them for our records. Cannot submit without these.
