We are currently seeking Commission-Based Business Development Specialists to join our team. If you are driven, motivated, and passionate about building relationships and closing deals, this is the opportunity for you!

Role Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will generate new business by identifying potential clients, presenting staffing solutions, and closing service agreements. This is a remote, commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients across healthcare, hospitality, janitorial, government, warehouse, and distribution industries.
• Conduct 200+ outbound contacts per month to build your pipeline.
• Schedule and complete 8+ discovery calls and deliver 4+ proposals/presentations monthly.
• Negotiate and close staffing agreements that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with the Elevate Hiring Services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention.

Compensation & Incentives

This role is 100% commission-based with lucrative earning potential.

Commission Structure (Monthly Billable Revenue Closed):

• $0 $10,000 5%
• $10,001 $25,000 7%
• $25,001 $50,000 10%
• $50,001+ 15%

Bonuses:

• New Client Bonus: $200 $500 for each new client who signs and places at least one worker.
• Retention Bonus: $100/month for clients retained past 90 days.
• Monthly Quota Bonus: $500 if you exceed $50,000 billable revenue in a month.
• Team Lead Bonus: Eligible to earn 2 5% overrides on junior reps you mentor/manage.

Payment Terms:

• Bi-weekly commission payouts (based on client payment received).
• Back-office support, CRM access, and marketing tools provided.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales, recruiting, or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured activity goals.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and close deals remotely.

Terms

• Independent contractor role (1099) you are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
• Flexible remote work environment.
• Either party may terminate with 7 14 days' written notice.
• Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation agreements must be signed prior to onboarding.
