Compensation:$115,500 - $189,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive results.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and sales skills.
- Utilize our proven systems to manage leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.
- Assist in negotiating deals and ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients the best advice and opportunities.
- Real Estate License. or in the process of getting one
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, participating actively in training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong desire to learn them quickly.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage leads and client information accurately.
