• Real Estate License. or in the process of getting one
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, participating actively in training sessions to enhance your skills.
• Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong desire to learn them quickly.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage leads and client information accurately.
