Join the Alabama Autism Assistance Program as a Registered Behavior Analyst in Alexander City, AL. In this rewarding role, you will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism by providing effective behavioral interventions and support. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- High School Diploma
- Registered Behvaior Technician preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
