As a Fitter Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of specialized handling equipment. From interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to operating a variety of tools and machinery, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life with precision and attention to detail. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate and assemble components.

- Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to cut, shape, and weld metal components according to project requirements.

- Conducting quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet our high standards of craftsmanship and durability.

- Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize fabrication processes.

- Adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Fitter Fabricator in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on precision machining and fabrication.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

- Expertise in operating a variety of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

- Prior experience working with large steel mill equipment and specialized handling machinery is highly desirable.
