Welder/Fabricator 1st Shift Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $23.69 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 05:00pm )

• Weld and fabricate metal and rubber components according to blueprints and job specifications.
• Operate welding, fabrication, and laser equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and inspect materials to ensure proper fit and high?quality finished products.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, report defects or malfunctions, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Welder/Fabricator 1st Shift Qualifications:

• Proven experience with welding, fabrication, or laser?equipment operation, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast?paced team environment.
• Must have personal steel?toe boots and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Background check and drug screen required; no formal education requirements listed.
