Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Verify phone numbers, email and residential addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Job Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Quote 4 new households per day.
Minimum of 100 outbound calls
Maintain monthly team and individual goals
Commission Requirements
2 referrals per month
5 google reviews per month
Compensation: Hourly + commission This role involves working closely with an Account Representative to support customer outreach and data collection efforts. The starting salary for this position is $15 per hour, with additional commission opportunities. Furthermore, once all necessary licenses have been obtained, there is potential to increase the hourly rate to $19.
