- Build and maintain customer relationships by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and following up.
- Provide accurate, friendly assistance on insurance products, coverage, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Educate customers using a needs-based, customer-centric approach to recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while showing enthusiasm for helping customers manage risk and achieve goals.
- Must possess an Alabama P&C/Life & Health License prior to starting the position (licensing & testing fees will be reimbursed).
- A year of experience in customer service type roles is required (does not have to be specific to insurance).
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required (we have a lot of Spanish speaking customers that we assist on a daily basis).
This role is with an independent State Farm agent, not directly employed by State Farm Insurance Companies. Successful candidates must complete any required licensing and training.
