Description:
Dedicated Personnel is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sander to join our team! This position involves sanding composite boards and materials used in the production process. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have strong math skills, and enjoy hands-on, physical work.

Responsibilities:

• Sand and smooth composite boards to required specifications
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after sanding
• Accurately convert fractions to decimals and read measurements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely bend, lift, and move materials as needed throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong math skills — must be able to convert fractions to decimals
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending and lifting
• Must be dependable and have good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fiberglass production environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday

6am-2pm with opportunity for overtime.
