What You’ll Do

Front of House

• Orchestrate REMARKable experiences by serving each guest with excellence and care
• Work with a team to ensure operational success
• Operate with speed and accuracy to take, fulfill, and serve orders
• Maintain a workspace that is neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Work outside in multiple capacities to serve our guests in a more personalized way
• Use CORE 4 to service guest: share a smile, maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected by making it personal
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu

Back of House

• Prepare hot, fresh food for guests
• Work with a team to ensure operational success
• Operate with speed and accuracy to prep, cook, and assemble orders
• Adhere to food safety guidelines as set out by Food Safety Director, Health Department and the Corporate Office
• Maintain a workspace that is neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu
