Our onboarding and training methods are second to none in the business. Your initial 5 days with us will be a thrilling, comprehensive experience. You'll develop a focused skillset, from perfecting lead conversion methods to delivering exceptional buyer/seller consultations and gaining expertise with contracts. Our objective? To have you touring properties and finalizing transactions as quickly as possible.

Here's what we're seeking in our agents:

1. A drive for representing sellers and buyers in residential real estate deals
2. Experience in preparing residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
3. Ability to perform comprehensive property assessments to establish precise property valuations
