We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve IT-related issues for our clients. Grow your skillset and accomplish your goals!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, VOIP systems, camera systems, networks, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remote assist software.
• Recommend hardware and software improvements, and train on best practices.
• Work via ticketing system with escalation, reporting to assigned team leader.
• After-hour rotation for on-call support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Work fast paced, with detailed execution until task/job complete
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals are not required but is a plus and we will assist with getting these certifications.
• Be able to work in face paced environment, assistance is needed for structured cabling, terminating, lift 40lbs
• High level of organization, documentation, and note taking ability.
