Job Description: We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our fast-paced service department. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing Ford vehicles while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. Whether it’s routine maintenance or complex repairs, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our customers on the road with confidence. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate recommendations and timelines
- Document all work performed and keep accurate service records
- Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for all repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a service technician (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
- Proficient in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality customer service
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, service software, and repair manuals
- Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
